Giving the go-ahead on a project is a big decision. It takes time, and should be considered carefully. That’s why we don’t put short acceptance deadlines on proposals or use other high-pressure sales tactics. We want you to be comfortable with your decision. What’s more, unlike our competitors, we ask for no money down. Final payment is not due until the project is complete and in use.

We do our best to accommodate our customers’ scheduling requests. About a week before our planned arrival on your site, we’ll call you to make sure you’ve obtained the necessary permits and to discuss any scheduling concerns. Then, 1-2 days before our planned start date, we’ll call to finalize the work plan and tell you our estimated time of arrival. Please be aware that bad weather may delay our work plan. If this happens, our scheduler will contact you to discuss the necessary adjustments.
